There is a way to see what node authoring a specific block in the Polkadot app?

I think that is impossible.

Some nodes even run in a private network address.

How did you identify that?

So we don't have information about the author of the block in the header?

You can have the validator's information. But you can not access the validator's node. polkadot.js.org/apps/?rpc=wss%3A%2F%2Frpc.polkadot.io#/explorer/… You can easily find the author of this block, 13NFKRvvSoKCAg3Q8HjigdBNvg5ypC8Rh6aziQjfUF2YspLV.

Maybe you need to add the pallet-authorship to your chain.
